I really like all their modern furnitures. I have no complaints and all their store representatives are all willing to help and friendly. What I didnt like about their service is their delivery. You pay expensive delivery fee but you dont get to pick your delivery days. I dont get that. I live in the san fernando valley and they only deliver Tuesdays and Thursdays. No weekend available. I also inquired about a bed frame and according to the sales rep, i have to pay for it to be shipped from Miami to La then La to my house. I... read more

Modani was excellent in all regards. The quality of the furniture for the price paid was great. The original sales person was wonderful - knowledgeable, enthusiastic, responsive, etc And what I found best was the customer service related to delivery and set-up. I had to request a date change three times with incredibly short notice and they accommodated immediately, all three times, with no negative reactions. Very friendly. I have bought many pieces of furniture from Modani Miami over the years and I have always been very satisfied with the prices, the quality and design and the customer service. This is the place I go when I need something. I highly recommend them.
We purchased a couch from this company that was delivered three weeks ago that we were really excited to add to our family room. Upon arrival the couch sections did not align, no matter the configuration- off by inches on three of the three pieces. Following normal use for a single week the couch began to sink, heavily. I purchased a dinning table and chairs for thanksgiving. The delivery driver arrived late after waiting all day for the delivery. Of course I was not there when he arrived LATE. After speaking to the rude customer service they informed me that I would be charged a delivery fee and a restocking charge. We recently spent over $9,000 at Modani, and the experience has just become nothing short of a nightmare.
