I stumbled across Mona on accident. I had put in my 60 day notice at my townhouse and I was calling on what I thought was a rental property, the realtor told me this house is for sale not rent and asked me if i was looking to buy. Mona was extremely easy to work with and helped find the perfect mortgage product for my situation. I was preapproved and found a home and had an offer accepted within a week and closed about 3.5 weeks later.
