I closed on my home a month ago and am still thinking about how hard Mona and her team worked to make sure I closed, and on time. Lenders are not all the same and I'm so glad I had Mona on my team. She knows her stuff and gets it done, and kept me calm and oriented the whole time. Communication was always clear and consistent and they have great little experiences built into the whole process. Highly recommend.

Mona and her team were fabulous to work with. They were organized and kept the process moving. As we all know, there is a lot of documentation required for a mortgage and the team was so helpful in making sure what I provided was accurate to avoid bumps in the road later. When I had questions about the breakdown of costs and fees, Mona herself went through it very thoroughly with me, she wanted to be sure I felt very comfortable with all of the numbers. Great team and very friendly!!

Bay Equity was great! I am a young mom with not the best credit score and couldn't afford renting anymore. I went to 5 different lenders..and they always tell you "you are approved" but at the end tell you it wouldnt work or else I had to come up with $7000 just days before closing. I then started looking for another lender and thru word of mouth I heard about Mona. She was amazing and so fast and always there when I had any questions. Mona and the Bay Equity team were extremely professional and made the home-buying process flow smoothly. My husband is self-employed and all other lenders use his adjusted gross income (after deductions!) but Mona was able to look at his actual income so we qualified for a mortgage. We are now in our dream home/property. Mona was available even when she was out of state. She contacted me on my closing date and said she would be there if we needed anything. My husband and I knew we wanted to buy a house but had no idea what to do to build our credit up. Mona helped us by giving us advice to build our credit, waited patiently for us to get our credit where we needed it to be (2 years to be exact) and helped explain everything to us. She even went above and beyond to make sure that we got our approval on a Friday AND stayed late until it was done. We would not have our house if it wasn't for Mona. Thank you for everything!!

You always hear that the loan process is the hardest step when closing on a home. Mona made sure that it was the easiest step for us! My Fiancé and I work late hours which makes it hard for us to work with normal office hours. Mona took time outside of her already busy schedule to ensure we had all our questions answered from the beginning of looking at homes all the way to our closing.
