Hi I was really in frustration with my 1st lender who ended the process without closing by asking document every week up to 3month but I was so lucky to have a lender like Mona who makes everybody surprise by closing in 3 weeks without any minor issue.ones more I would like to thanks Mona as well as her team member

Mona was the nicest, sweetest person ever. My wife and I were first time home buyers and she made every step of the way easy and remained calm and reassuring in the midst of our worry. Loved Her!

Mona and her team are the people to go to for your house mortgage! Period! Don't try anyone else until you try Bay Equity! It's fantastic service all around the board, with and extremely knowledgeable staff! Will answer any questions you have, will make sure you get treated properly, and most important make sure you get a good deal!

Mona did what another lender could not. We had a unique situation with the land title and our previous loan officer was not able to figure out a way to move forward.
