I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for Care, they don’t care about your well being at all! With that being said, Mr. Smith crowned 3 teeth, 6 months later the crowns i paid 5k for fell off completely!!! There suppose to last for YEARS!!! I called for 3 days with no call back! I also had another Dentist take a look at his work and guess what? Mr. Smith Crowned Bad teeth and took my money, and actually i was over charged , so im waiting on 500$ to be deposited back into my account! They ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY!!!!... read more

Scam artists. They call every now and then wanting more and more money even though what was owed was already paid in full long ago. What was owed was paid without insurance yet they keep saying the insurance company is not wanting to cover it. They made plans to pull one of my boyfriends teeth that weren’t even there. Used a x ray of someone else’s mouth so they could get a few extra $$ for pulling teeth. This was my experience…My wife called and made the appt, making sure I could get a new patient and cleaning done on the same day as I work about :45 away and was taking the afternoon off to get this done. This was double checked with the scheduler. I showed up about :30 before my scheduled appt at 2:00, which my wife was originally told 1:30. I waited outside for an hour and a half, until 3:00, on a very hot 98 degree day, for someone to finally come get me. They took the X-rays then the dentist came in and proceeded to argu... read more

I would have on the past. But, not anymore. The receptionist was very rude to start with, my technician was not very friendly and spent only minutes with me. The dentist was ok but didn’t feel like my teeth got much cleaning. When I got home my mouth was still numb and when I looked in mirror I had more fluoride on the outside of my mouth than on my teeth. I was charged an extravagant amount for what was done. I spent more time waiting for them to actually do something than spent actually cleaning my teeth.

While the service provided was good, the wait time was ridiculous. The staff sacrificed service to multiple patients to appease the ego of just one other patient.

1 star. they are withholding medical paperwork and won't release it until the balance is paid but it's their fault they haven't submitted my bill to insurance. would not recommend this dentist. they are very shady. been telling them to submit it to insurance for months now. guess they can withhold medical paperwork.

Wonderful people work here. The service I received unfortunately was terrible, they took x-rays, brushed my teeth, flossed them, put a fluoride gel on them and sent me on my way. Talk about in and out. I literally got in my vehicle and could still see how dirty my teeth were, I ended up going to a local competitor, Greg Alford’s office the very next day and got my teeth cleaned there, they spent over an hour on my teeth, charged me less, and did twice the work! I will never go back to Monarch Dental!
