I went there for exam for no gum disease prior to Knee surgery at V.A. They were suppose to fax results to V.A in Little Rock. V.A called me aprox 30 days later to ask if I had the exam . I called monarch they said the they would fax. I Called V.A later and they had nor received the report. I went to Monarc in Person very unhappy and made them print the report for me. I then faxed to V.A for my Surgery..2 years later my Wife went there for a Cap that had come off her tooth. They did the exam and said would call when cap cam... read more

Monarch Dental -Hot Springs, Ar has really disappointed me and made me aggravated and furious. A good friend of ours is a Disabled Vet of Korean War. He is also a retired minister and has served both God and our Country! He is currently in Good Sams following a stroke a year ago. He has fought again to come a long ways since his stroke! I had to cancel an appointment, but I got a text reminding me of the appointment Monday. I can't call now because they close early on Fridays and I have to work. Please fix the issue or I will definitely not be a patient.

Normally I always have a pleasant experience. I went in yesterday with my gums swollen and in pain, normally I get antibiotics until it clears up and then get tooth pulled, well in the past that’s always happened. I seen a dentist I haven’t ever seen before and he said he was going go ahead and pull it. I know the difference between pressure and pain, yesterday was the most excruciating pain I’ve ever experienced in my mouth. I left hurting worse than when I went in. It was a nightmare!!! I would never recommend them. I go in for a cleaning,and a tooth pulled. Never explained to me what was going on! Now I have 2 years of payments on 2 crowns. Now I can't chew correctly,and my mouth still hurts. BEWARE!!! Of this place.

HORRIBLE!!! My mom just had dentures done here and she is so embarrassed! They look awful! She looked better without any teeth... That's how bad they are.
