could not get treatment due to corona restrictions, guess i have an apt for the 18th to do treatment but has nit been confirmed. i will call monday to confirm.

I broke my bottom denture so I called to make appointment they couldn't get me in for 3 weeks when my appointment finally got here they called me to the back I wasn't back there maybe 3 min an one of the staff came back an I gave her my broke plate she said we can't fix them here we have to send them off they should be back next week. If they knew they were going to send them off why didn't they have me drop them off 3 weeks ago I have min implants with still studs sticking up very uncomfortable with out teeth in

- i will never return to Monarch Dental in Hot Springs!!! Im furious and it was a complete waste if time!!! This “Dr. Smith” was the absolute worse! He didn’t even introduce himself and the first words out of his mouth were “whats up with all these pregnant people the last two days!” He didnt even look at my tooth im having issues with! Looked at the ONE X RAY and said “im sending you to a surgeon “ and left the room and didn’t come back. Worst experience EVER!!!!

DOES NOT SERVE PEDIATRICS LIKE WEBSITE SAYS. Made an appointment for my 18 month old- obviously they seen his birthdate when appointment was made and confirmed. They even called to confirm again but after driving 2 hours to appointment— they said they don’t serve children under 7-8 years of age. Polite office lady but really hate to have wasted my gas and my day off..

I had a very loose molar right side, been killing me! I had to borrow money from my son as I am 61, disabled, on very limited income. Monarch happily took my $29 proceeded to take X-rays, latex me in the chair, then came back with some stupid treatment plan when all I wanted was this sideways tooth pulled. Told me I had to pay $154 today, or I could add something else to get bill over $200 so they could finance!!! I couldn’t pay that today but would have happily made payments!
