I inherited a home, and needed to sell it. I had never bought or sold a home before and was afraid my ignorance would cause me to be taken advantage of. I chose to sell the house with Monique because of her professional attitude, and assuring manor. I was surprised how fast and smoothly the process went. We had an incredible experience with Monique Walker and her team. We initially met with Monique in September to explore options for selling our home. She provided us with a detailed neighborhood analysis, offered suggestions for us to improve the value of our home, and included a list of resources should we choose to make the suggested improvements. She ALWAYS called me back when I had questions. Monique helped me get the house on the market. I sold my home in one day and received my asking price! Monique is a great realtor.
