Sold a home in 2014. My experience with Monique was exceptional. We had our house listed for 5 1/2 months with another broker and had no offers. Then hired Monique and had an offer within 4 days of the listing. Her and her team were fabulous througout the entire process. Closed on the actual day of closing and everything flowed seemlessly.
