I inherited a home, and needed to sell it. I had never bought or sold a home before and was afraid my ignorance would cause me to be taken advantage of. I chose to sell the house with Monique because of her professional attitude, and assuring manor. I was surprised how fast and smoothly the process went. Monique and her team are well tuned machine and should be proud of thier efforts.

We had an incredible experience with Monique Walker and her team. We initially met with Monique in September to explore options for selling our home. She provided us with a detailed neighborhood analysis, offered suggestions for us to improve the value of our home, and included a list of resources should we choose to make the suggested improvements. I purchased a home and sold my home through Monique. Monique was always pro-active and was very patient . She gave me good advise when I was selling my home. She ALWAYS called me back when I had questions. Monique helped me get the house on the market. I sold my home in one day and received my asking price! Monique is a great realtor. I had opportunity to work with the realtor with whom I purchased my home. They treated me well during the buying process, but I decided to interview a couple other reputable realtors in the area. Monique was able to generate more “looks” at my home, which led to a quick offer and sell. She was very professional during the entire process as well as very attentive to any urgent concerns or issues.
