We were referred to Monique by a family friend who had a positive experience selling their house with her. Monique initially met with us in person at the house we were selling and then my office. Sold a Single Family home in 2015 in North Gateway, Phoenix, AZ. If there was any way to mark Monique Walker and her "team" no stars, I would! I have bought and sold many houses and this experience with Monique takes the cake as far as horrible, unknowledgeable and down right disappointing! Monique made a very, very sizable commission for listing our house on Zillow (which is free) and putting a sign in our front yard.
