Sold a home in 2013. Monique has been my agent for almost 10 years. We bought this property as a temporary residence and have since used Monique as our realtor of choice when we leased the property as a rental in 2009 and again in 2013. Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $550K in Camelback East, Phoenix, AZ. Working with Monique was great. She was attentive and took time to understand our needs and desires. She was very patient with our pickiness. Once we found our house, she was very quick getting our offer in and even put a deadline for sellers to accept which was important given how quickly houses were selling.
