Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Sunland Springs Village, Mesa, AZ. Monique sold my mother's home in Mesa in a very tough market where there were lots of other listings in the same area.....but she managed to get the job done. I never had a single issue during the listing period. Monique & her staff were on top of everything and gave me good advice to get the house sold as quickly as possible.
