Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $225K in Deer Valley, Phoenix, AZ. Monique is a no-nonsense realtor, which I love! She will tell you what you need to know to sell your home!! My home sold with Monique in 48 hours and even had a back up offer on the table in the first week. I don't know how she gets the word out, but she does and it is fast--so be ready to sell when you put your listing up!!

Sold a home in 2011. Monique is a professional real estate agent with good knowledge of the market place. She sold my first home quickly after it had been on the market for serveral months and listed with another agent. She also has sold another home and we purchased a home through her and all transactions went well. I recommended her to a friend and she was able to complete a short sale for her.
