Sold a home in 2011. Monique is a professional real estate agent with good knowledge of the market place. She sold my first home quickly after it had been on the market for serveral months and listed with another agent. She also has sold another home and we purchased a home through her and all transactions went well. I recommended her to a friend and she was able to complete a short sale for her. Monique's assistant is also helpful and responsive.

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $550K in Power Ranch, Gilbert, AZ. Monique helped my husband and I buy our son's house, which has become a rental and then she also helped us negotiate for the building of our own home. Monique is most pleasant and knowledgeable.
