I honestly did not think I would find the red brick, historical landmark of a dream venue I've imagined most of my life until I found the Monroe Pearson. Walters Wedding Estates have embraced the community's appreciation for the historic with their renovation of the Monroe. My fiancé and I could not be more excited to get married at Monroe Pearson! Our wedding is memorial weekend and everything we were looking for we found in this venue. We wanted something different/unique from all the other wedding venues in Dallas (lots of barns and rustic venues) and we wanted a place with people we could trust since we are planning the wedding long distance. Monroe Pearson was the first venue my fiancé and I toured and we couldn’t get it out of our heads! The industrial style and the beautifully exposed brick was exactly what we were looking for. Kalyn is absolutely amazing and went through and described what each room would look like. She is always available to answer questions or give advice and we are so lucky to work with someone that is so passionate about what they do. We are beyond excited to get married here next year and couldn’t imagine tying the knot anywhere else!

My fiancé and I absolutely love this venue! After touring it, we could not imagine getting married anywhere else. Kalyn, the venue director, is so kind and helpful. Her excitement and vision for the venue made us love the place even more. We are so excited that we found Monroe Pearson and thankful for the staff who go above and beyond to work with us and make our day everything we could dream of. We could not say enough good things about this place!

My experience with Monroe Pearson has been beyond spectacular. I had looked at many venues and this one was the one I finally chose. The venue is such a beautiful blank slate and I loved the concept because it is something not commonly found in wedding venues. My fiancé and I are getting married here September 2018 and I am so excited! The venue is going to be just what Denton needs. The venue director, Kalyn, did such a wonderful job of describing what the venue will be like and painted a beautiful picture in our minds!
