Amanda at Monroe Pearson was absolutely Fantastic!! She made sure that our daughter's wedding came off beautifully!! She helped me with all my million questions timely and graciously! The venue is beautiful and just what my daughter wanted! No problems with parking, plenty of restrooms, great food and bar service!! Loved our experience with them!!

The team at Walters Wedding Estates are seriously incredible and wonderful humans to work with. As a bride, there’s a lot of details to plan and factors to consider but I can honestly say that this team helped to alleviate the majority of my stress. We absolutely loved having our wedding at the Monroe Pearson. All my guests loved the industrial elegance it had to offer. It was the perfect size for my 250 guests. The staff was so accommodating and made me feel at ease every step of the way. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough great things about this venue and the people who helped us with my daughter's wedding--and, I am going to try! To start, Amanda was our planning rep--and she was amazing! Jordan had one Zoom call with her before we met her at one of the Walter's Open Houses. Amanda recognized Jordan, remembered her fiancee's name and details about her wedding. I walked in and instantly knew this venue was perfect for us. The historic building and the beautiful classic touches sold me! The Monroe Pearson was the perfect venue for my client's intimate wedding. Not only was this venue perfect, but I had a wonderful experience working with the General Manager, Geoffrey H. He was extremely helpful in ensuring every detail was executed to ensure my couples special day was even more special. From set up to strike, Geoffrey and his team stayed engaged to ensure that all needs were met. I hope to work with Geoffrey again!!! Maybe next time I can get him on the dance floor with us (LOL).

As others have said, this is a lovely industrial chic venue. It was just what my daughter wanted! One thing that sets it apart, is that you actually have the use of THREE rooms for your event. There is a large ceremony space, a good sized lounge & cocktail area, and an enormous reception space. There is no need to hold guests in a specific area while the room is being “flipped” from ceremony to reception.
