Several events occurred which left me feeling that they were far more concerned with their bottom line (think pushy salesmen) than their customers. I don’t wish to rehash everything here, but just know that I will not be recommending this venue to ANY of my friends. Although the staff we talked to were friendly and professional, and the venue is beautiful, my fiancé and I unfortunately had a very bad experience here in the end. :(
The venue is absolutely beautiful. Very industrial and modern. But the communication and service was extremely disappointing. It was unbelievably difficult to ever get ahold of them. After calling 3 times and sending 3 emails, I once waited 7 days to get a response to a very simple question. This happened on multiple occasions. We also got feedback from our other venders (DJ and wedding planner) that they were rude and unhelpful. I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but I want brides to understand the experience they offer.
