I found the grounds quite pretty and the staff and residents seemed to be happy and in synch with each other.

I love the layout of the facility there is a lot of private and public outdoor space. I love that a doctor visits her every week, what a great benefit. My Mom eats in her apartment alone a lot, because she doesn't like the food. I wish there was someone on the staff that would encourage the tenants to socialize, rather than just having things on the calender. I am happy with the community overall.

Tour Director [name removed] was very warm and friendly and provided comprehensive information about Monte Vista. She showed me both studio and one bedroom apartments. Everything is on one level so very easy to get around. Lovely gardens and places where residents can sit outside. The place was great! Staff was friendly. And residents I saw seemed happy and comfortable. The place was clean. There was a lot of things to do. I really loved the land scape. This would be a nice place for your love ones.

I've lived and worked in Lemon Grove for a long time and didn't realize that this property was here. My friend moved in years ago and I recently went to visit for a tour and was happy to see the beautiful property with all the palm trees. Hopefully I can move in one day

It took us a long time to get things done but we wrote a letter to the owners In India and got it all done. Things we like most about the community are the activities, friends and the food. There are studios, 1 bedroom,2 bedroom really big. Would of liked the location more centralized.

Our first impression was that the environment at the facility itself was very pleasant and well cared for. After visiting many other places, we also found it to be a reasonable cost for all that is provided. [name removed] was living independently for the few days that he was there and didn't require much care, nor did he get the opportunity to participate in many activities.
