Our first impression was that the environment at the facility itself was very pleasant and well cared for. After visiting many other places, we also found it to be a reasonable cost for all that is provided. [name removed] was living independently for the few days that he was there and didn't require much care, nor did he get the opportunity to participate in many activities. Specifically personnel are all great administrative and all others. It is a friendly facility. Quality of care for me has been great - am independent at this point. The park like setting is a winner. All apartments on one level.

Remodeling in progress And maid staffing has been spotty. But has cleared up in the last few months Everyone is very helpful and accommodating My mom is independent and still moving well. So doesn't need much assistance If We need something they are quick to respond . During remodel they were striving to accommodate, but did not have any options. This place is where my uncle lives and I went to see many places for him and I choose this one for him because he use to live in Oregon and loves the outdoors and he fit right in and feels at home with great staff

I give Monte Vista a 5 on all accounts. (Meals I give 4). All that said, my mom is thriving and has never done better. I also give 'A Place for Mom' five stars out of five and would recommend both places to other families! Thank you for your help.

We moved my Aunt in a couple of months ago, and it’s perfect for her. The grounds here are beautiful and her apt a 1 bedroom , is very nice and roomy. Everyone is very friendly who live here, and they have my Aunt feeling right at home. This move has been good for her in so many ways. Though me or her other 2 sisters, would see her several times a week, where she was living was very isolated. Not anymore, this community is very encompassing, and has made her feel right at home. [name removed] and [name removed]are fabulous and consistently maintain the facilities and mom's house. [name removed] is always available for maintenance and repairs and is super helpful with any request we have made. Most of the staff are absolutely wonderful, especially [name removed]and [name removed]. However there is another admin who is just not very pleasant to work with. Lovely grounds. Kind and caring staff. Good food. Nice amenities and fun activities . I would highly recommend Monte Vista Village to others looking.

Was very impressed with this beautiful environment. The surrounding neighborhood is average but the Monte Vista Village was a real treat. The Office Staff and Sales Director were very helpful to everyone in the area. Pleased with the units I was shown - hope to live here after I sell my house. Great place to age in place.
