My rental properties have been managed by the Morgan's and their staff for the last 10 years. Everything they do is done in a very professional manner. The owners portal provides details about accounting and leasing information. The properties are kept in good condition and the occupancy rate is very good. My experience with Morgan Property Management over the years has been excellent and I would highly recommend this company.

Morgan has taken care of my rental property for years, and they are a blessing for I never worry about how the property is being maintained. They communicate with me about issues and lease renewals, and just take care of things
