Very difficult to work with and no communication. Not a professional Property Management service; would not recommend to anyone or ever use again. The company made a HUGE error on their behalf and are attempting to blame me (the paying client) for their mistakes. The company took it upon themselves to sign a new lease with tenant without consulting me at all for repairs, rent increases, etc. first. Morgan property management and Angele are a SCAM !! If you are renting from this company make sure you take pictures of EVERY THING and I mean EVERYTHING!!!! They will do everything they can to try and keep your security deposit and won't show you receipts or proof to back up what they are keeping from you. I have NEVER had an issue with renting and getting my security deposit returned until dealing with this awful company. PLEASE be aware and don't let this happen to you
