Very difficult to work with and no communication. Not a professional Property Management service; would not recommend to anyone or ever use again. The company made a HUGE error on their behalf and are attempting to blame me (the paying client) for their mistakes. The company took it upon themselves to sign a new lease with tenant without consulting me at all for repairs, rent increases, etc. first.
