What wonderful customer service. We just sold our home and put our stuff in 3 storage units, we really needed 4. Renee the associate had two small units open so we could get our stuff out for closing on our home. Then when the large unit opens up in two days we could move our stuff from the 2 small units into the larger one. Thank you Renee!
Renee, Maria, and Ray are top notch and the very best at their jobs. My time at Morningstar Storage has been the best experience that I’ve had in 20 years. These employees deserve a raise for the hospitality that they’ve shown me. My boyfriend and I went by this morning to get a unit and Maria was super helpful! She had the last unit on hold for us. We were able to get all the paperwork done and get my stuff moved in. They were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!
Nothing but five star service at this place! Made the entire process easy when so many other things were hard during the move. Talk to Renee she’ll knock it out of the park when it comes to servicing your moving and storage needs!

What can I say to explain how refreshing it was to meet a young lady like Renee!! First of all this was all done over the phone and I was in Florida.
