What can I say to explain how refreshing it was to meet a young lady like Renee!! First of all this was all done over the phone and I was in Florida. She continually assured me that she would see this through and it would be just fine. Now it is over and everything “is just fine”! First time renting a storage unit and was nervous. Renee patiently answered all our questions. She was phenomenal in making this a seamless experience. Renee kindly walked us through the reservation, paperwork, process, and the facility itself. We tested the doors, the gates, and the unit--everything was exceptional and hassel-free. The facility was clean, well-lit, and seemed to have decent security. Def recommend for storage veterans or newbies like me. The price was reasonable, and the customer service was fantastic!!

Renee was an absolute angel! I asked about a larger storage unit and one was coming available that day. I couldn’t get up there until later that day but she reserved it for me anyway. She gave me a tour of the area and set me up with my codes, my storage locker with lock and all paperwork and instructions. It was an absolute pleasure working with her. She’s not only thorough but a beautiful lady inside and out!
