Great experience working with Mark. He was very professional, courteous and most of all considerate of my time and very helpful. Walked me through the entire process, explaining everything as he went. I will definitely be using this facility again.

Overall, I have had a wonderful experience working with Mark at Morningstar Storage in Spring Branch. He is kind, friendly, and willing to do whatever it takes to make sure you have a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend the facility in Spring Branch as its clean, easy to get in and out of, and the managers (especially Mark) is really great. The use of the moving truck was a life saver for me as well. Go see Mark, you won't be sorry.

I stopped by to rent a storage unit and came out feeling like I had just run into an old friend. Mark was extremely professional and answered all my questions. Since this was a corporate rental, I turned everything over to HQ to work out the contract, billing etc. I stopped in the next day to make sure they had followed up. Coincidentally, he was on the phone with our HQ person wrapping everything up and the two were chatting like old friends as well. I have numerous storage units with Morningstar going on eight years plus now including vehicles and quite of bit of household assets, and more importantly memories. The staff is the most professional and caring people you could meet. Even when I had difficulties with my bill during the 2020 COVID year they worked with me, month in and month out, to make sure my belongings (and yes memories) were safe. They went way out the the way for me even when my bill at times was very large and many months behind. Communication is key... read more
