The staff is very helpful. You do not feel like you are wasting their time. They will the time to explain something to you and answer any questions you have. The building elevator and everything worked well for me. No complaints. Not too hot upstairs. Very helpful when I could not remember how to open the locks on the unit doors. Patient! Well run facility,
