I absolutely love this property! As a tenant for three years, I can confidently say that it is the cleanest and safest place I have ever stored my business inventory. The fact that they are open 24/7 is a real lifesaver for people like me who work around the clock. I always feel safe and secure working out of my unit, which is fantastic. I just moved my business over from Cubesmart to Morningstar Storage on Carmel Rd. The service here is phenomenal along with all the other amenities. Mae & Darik in the office are the best. This place is better in every conceivable way than Cubesmart. Don’t hesitate make the switch. Cubesmart=no bathroom, no garbage allowed, no moving van for customer use, janky little carts AND at a higher price!!! Morningstar has all those amenities AND it’s cheaper!! Why didn’t I move sooner???!!!!

This lady Mae knows I’m homeless due to being scammed into my home I had to move from I moved in here two weeks ago then two days ago my car was stolen which is the reason ive been spending more time in my unit looking for new places even sat in the office with her all day looking stopped what I was doing cause she asked me to help her water the flowers outside which I did with no problem she then asked me not to sleep I’m the unit over night which I complied and the I came in at 11:30am it’s is now 12:15pm and she slips a t... read more
March 15, 2023 At this point it makes no sense every morning or time me and 20 other morning star customers who rent from this storage can’t get into our storage the front and side door constantly denies our codes. The bathroom stays nasty so hopefully when you’re at the storage you don’t have to use the bathroom. Only 1 bathroom. We have told the front desk numerous times but all he says is l know and resets the door all for it to do it all over again.
