I have been using this facility for a couple of years.My thanks to the manage Mae Nelson, who helped choose the best unit for me to rent. Easy parking, cleanliness inside and outside the building. I love this place 💕

After 30 years of experience as renters of storage units in Charlotte (and for a college student in other cities) Morningstar at this Carmel location is the ONLY good experience we've had... we never expected to find a place as nice! The building itself with generous lighting throughout (including natural light in some areas), excellent entryways that make loading and unloading so simple, clean, working trolleys, spotless interior, and excellent, visible management on duty... we can't ask for a better experience. First, I want to say that the Carmel Morningstar is the cleanest and best managed facility that I have been associated with in my 19years of business. Last week (December 14th} I had a conversation with May the facility manager about needing more lighting in my unit. She made some suggestions and even showed me a unit. This morning (December 18th) I showed up to do some work and noticed a unit four units down from mine that the door was open and the unit was empty. Mae was great and a big help in our move from Maryland. We got the unit size we needed and it was very convenient to unload from the locations noted. Mae carefully walked us thru each step and was big help with information. We would highly recommend the storage facility to anyone.

I absolutely love this property! As a tenant for three years, I can confidently say that it is the cleanest and safest place I have ever stored my business inventory. The fact that they are open 24/7 is a real lifesaver for people like me who work around the clock. I always feel safe and secure working out of my unit, which is fantastic.
