Thanks to Ifeoma at EADO Morningstar for getting us all set up quickly and with a smile. She helped me complete my lease, arrange 24 hour access for today, reserve the moving truck and walked me through the access process to our unit all in just a few minutes. Great service!

The sign up, sign in, and move in process was one of the most pleasant I’ve had dealing with places you have to interact with ppl. Questions are answered promptly and with an actual answer not a vague non answer. All in all, I wld recommend to friends families and strangers.

Management is super nice and accommodating. There are definitely some renters that are not respectful to the property like the bicycle rickshaw people that are constantly breaking rules and being rude but anyone else that I’ve run into has been super nice.

Luana made it very easy today to rent a very spacious unit for a great price. I was worried it might be a drawn out process, but everything was very simple. The facilities are extremely nice and well cared for. So far, my interaction with the staff has been fantastic. I look forward to using this storage facility.

Today I was assisted by ms.Angie. She was polite, helpful and diligent as always. As this is my second time utilizing your storage services. She helped me secure a storage couple doors down from my previous storage unit where I am familiar with the location. I believe that Angie’s services are invaluable to this storage facility, she deserves probably a lot more money than you’re currently paying her. I never have any problems with Morningstar storage and don’t anticipate any in the future.
