Facility is first class: clean, efficient, and up to date. The 24 hr access is amazing. I'm lucky they are right in my neighborhood. Not to mention Angie has been so knowledgeable and helpful since day 1. Highly recommend everything about this place!
The place is secure, clean, safe, and they actually have climate controlled unlike most of the storage places in the area. The staff is friendly and are willing to make sure you have a great experience while storing your items at this location. I love that it’s 24 hour access. I made the mistake by going to a cheaper storage nearby and it was a complete nightmare. Perfect location for our business downtown. Right near the Dynamo stadium. Staff and management are super helpful and responsive. Access to our unit is easy.
Here on a Saturday morning trying to move some stuff and no carts available door has been compromised again always a hassle to get things done
Rodent problem and the insurance only paid out $500. I lost a couch and $1000 in clothing. You only have access to your storage unit during business hours, otherwise it’s locked down. Huge price jumps!

We're disappointed to hear about your experience, Joshua. Please contact us at (281) 378-4699 to discuss further.
They bait you un with a two month free special tell you you can work out of it meaning the storage unit you move in you set up your shop next to you know they come in and cut all the powers and no one can have power going to their unit. I don’t believe this is fair and I speak from experience because I am currently there, and was told I will be able to work out my unit then two weeks later I’m getting told I’m no longer allowed to work because of the fire Marshall
Morning star storage shorts it’s customers on the square footage of their units by approximately 10%. The 5x10’s are actually 4.5x10. The height is 7 feet, so they are shorting about 35 cubic square feet in those units.
Morningstar Storage has a 4.7 star rating with 133 reviews.
Morningstar Storage is closed now. It will open tomorrow at 9:30 a.m.
