BJ was very accommodating and helpful in ensuring | booked the correct storage and made sure I got the best price. She did whatever she could in getting me everything I needed to make sure my move in would be smooth, convenient, and comfortable.

As I approached the door, I was greeted by BJ. She informed me that I would wait a bit due to her showing someone a unit. The wait was a bit longer than I anticipated, but it wasn’t until she helped me that I knew why I waited a bit. She is very personable and remembers tenants by name. During the visit, she handled myself and another tenant on the phone. She reminds me that humanity still lives on inside of us all. We got set up with our storage unit today and BJ made the process so smooth and easy! She was very helpful in explaining the options and showing us available units. Pricing was very clear. The facilities are super clean, secure, and easy to navigate.

I just moved to Houston from Tulsa, OK and I must say it's been a scary move for me so far. But BJ assisted me and walked me through everything that I needed. Facility was clean, beautiful space, and OVERALL, it didn't feel transactional. So for that I'm grateful! - Heir Brandon

Hands down this was the best storage experience that I have ever had! BJ has wonderful customer service! she makes the process smooth from start to finish! She provided exceptional knowledge on my storage experience. I almost felt like I was moving into a new home! Thank you for being helpful and kind especially when one is overwhelmed and stressed with moving frustrations this was one less thing I had to stress about!
