Jenesa was both friendly and extremely helpful! She was forthright about pricing, agreement terms and length, and helpful in showing us where our unit was located and how to operate the locks on the units. The facility is new and clean, and we’re looking forward to using this storage space and using the truck to move!

We had a great experience getting into our storage unit! Jenesa was incredibly helpful, even when we decided to switch to a different unit—they made the process smooth and easy. The pricing is much better than our previous storage facility, and the added bonus of two months free for signing up in person was a huge plus. We’re looking forward to storing here and appreciate the great customer service!
Romeo was such a pleasure to work with. He answered all of the questions and concerns I had. Very knowledgeable and understanding of explaining the price and charges. I love the fact you are given a van to haul your property with, which is a big plus. I will definitely recommend to others.

Jenesa at the location at Fraklin Square Drive in Rosedale, MD gave outstanding service. She explained everything in detail, and ooh so pleasant, beautiful lady inside and out. She should be a model for training on how to treat customers. This whole business is blowing my mind, the decor and atmosphere is outstanding. I have never been to storage unit that offers me coffee and water. They even have a candy dish on the table. All u can say is WOW!!!!!!
Everyone at Morningstar was such a delight to visit. They were personable and knowledgeable. I can't wait to recommend them to others.
