Janessa helped me at the front desk and she was wonderful! She was kind, answered all my questions, and showed me my exact unit. Gave it a 4 stars because of the lock that I had to buy and it’s only really compatible with this specific storage unit so once I’m done with storing here it’s really not usable anywhere else - bummer. Otherwise, everything is great so far! They even have push carts that you can use!
