Morningstar Storage at 8811 Franklin Square Drive is PHENOMENAL!!!!! The staff is A1! Absolutely the best. At Morningstar they treat every customer like family. I keep a storage with Extra Space for years to keep extra home and business supplies. I always felt as though I was just a number with Extra space but not with MorningStar. So far, so great! Janessa reached out and made an appointment to see me the same day I filled out my form online and walked me through the intake conscientiously and efficiently. She made sure to walk through the process and that I understood every word and every resource available - access, benefits, limitations/responsibilities, and transportation assistance. Janessa helped me at the front desk and she was wonderful! She was kind, answered all my questions, and showed me my exact unit. Gave it a 4 stars because of the lock that I had to buy and it’s only really compatible with this specific storage unit so once I’m done with storing here it’s really not usable anywhere else - bummer. Otherwise, everything is great so far! They even have push carts that you can use!
