She made sure to walk through the process and that I understood every word and every resource available - access, benefits, limitations/responsibilities, and transportation assistance. Janessa helped me at the front desk and she was wonderful! She was kind, answered all my questions, Ā and showed me my exact unit. Gave it a 4 stars because of the lock that I had to buy and itās only really compatible with this specific storage unit so once Iām done with storing here itās really not usable anywhere else - bummer. Otherwise, everything is great so far! They even have push carts that you can use!Ā
