RecommendedMy trainer Anthony Battle is great. He gets me to train hard and in creative ways that are not overtaxing your muscles or joints with heavy weight but makes you break a sweat. At the end of a training session I am spent and pumped up at the same time. Never boring, and I am always surprised at the different workout techniques. He gets the most out of you.💪
RecommendedI feel right at home at Mountainside. Staff is very friendly and inclusive. Facility, equipment, and locker rooms are some of the finest in the business. RecommendedThe main points of awesome: My trainer, Anthony, is brutally awesome. He started with a thorough assessment and he adjusts my workouts based on my actual abilities while keeping in mind my knees. He gave me exercises to help and it’s working.
