I love Mountainside, the majority of the staff, and especially the amazing classes and instructors. My favorites are Zumba, spin, and M60 or Muscle classes. I can't wait to get to my classes everyday, and some days even take two classes in one day. Not only have I lost 30lbs in the past year going from size 12/14 down to a size 6, but I have a lot more energy and just feel so much happier than I did a year ago! Super nice place, all the people are nice and fun. Equipment is not old and relatively new.....that's a must for me. :-)
I am not a "gym person" and other gyms have been off-putting to me in the past. I love Mountainside Fitness- the design of the gym itself, comfortable locker rooms, variety of equipment, robust class schedule and options, and a fantastic, courteous and helpful staff made me feel welcome right away and I actually enjoy going! And I love my trainer, Luz!

I like how they have a bunch of extra amenities!! The child care center is so much better than LA, the only thing MS is missing is an aquatic center ;)
