RecommendedI was given a membership for Xmas and it is the best gift ever! The facility is spacious & clean, the equipment is state of art, & the staff is very competent & friendly. I look forward to being a long-term member!

has plenty of new equipment.. however, it is a bit of a meatmarket which I don't like.
Best commercial gym ever. All types of training welcome and all types of equipment provided.

everyone here is so friendly and the machines are always up and running (which a lot of gyms are not). There are so many great options and my family loves it. Our youngest daughter is on the spectrum and the child care staff are definitely the best.
