Back on August 8th, 2025, I was looking to move from Texas to Illinois due to family health concerns. I went online and had someone from Top Moving Solutions contact me, agent's name was Patrick Sullivan for a move scheduled for Sept 11, 2025. They are a scammers who, in addition to stealing your money, get you into 1 million problems for trusting them. They make everything seem fine before you pay the deposit. The deposit we pay was 1300 by check, (which is no small thing). They didn’t show up on the days we had scheduled for packing and picking. We called to see what was going on, but they didn’t answer since that day. They haven’t respond to my emails my calls or text. They were sent by a broker for an out of state move. When they arrived, they claimed I had 3 times as much stuff as was in my contract and demanded four times as much as my contract stated at both pickup and drop off. When I refused to pay more than my contract stated they said they could only move the volume my contract stated (317 cubic feet). The movers seemed more interested in chatting with each other than actually handling my belongings carefully. I watched them toss boxes onto the truck as they joked around. Not a professional vibe at all.
