They didn’t use any floor runners to protect my hardwood, so there are scuff marks where they dragged the dresser. I tried to buff them out, but they’re still noticeable.
I assumed real quick meant 10–15 minutes. Nope. They were gone for an hour and a half. I had to call the office to check if they were even coming back! When they finally returned, they had the nerve to add the time to my bill because the job took longer than expected. It took longer because you left!! I fought with customer service for a week before they refunded that portion, but I should’ve never had to fight in the first place.
I moved on a rainy day, which is obviously not their fault. But what IS their fault is not using any covers or protection on my furniture. I assumed they would wrap everything – nope. They just threw my couch, mattress, and wooden furniture into the truck soaking wet.
Imagine booking a moving company, confirming twice, and then… they never show up. That’s exactly what happened to me. Moving day came, I waited for HOURS, and no one arrived. I called, no answer. I emailed, nothing. Finally, someone picked up and said they were running late. Okay, fine. Another three hours passed – still no movers.
At this point, I was desperate, so I called again, and they suddenly claimed they had no record of my booking. Are you kidding me?! My lease was ending that day, and I was completely stranded. I had to scramble to find another company last minute and ended up paying WAY more. They completely ruined my moving day and never apologized. Unbelievable.
I reached out to this company to cancel my move for various reasons. I submitted my request a month ago just as I was instructed to do so. I have not heard anything back in regards to my deposit being refunded and I tried emailing again to check on the status and got the same automated email I received a month ago. I also tried calling 3x to speak to someone and all I got was a nonlive person that would not connect me to a live person. This is getting to be a bit ridiculous at this point.
