Moxie will not stop trying to advertise it's lower class cars. No one wants moxie, stop trying so hard. You're like a heifer at the bar when it's close time looking for the easy one to throw yourself at. No one wants what your selling moo moo!
We went into Moxie Auto sales because we had a great experience the first time we went. We thought they would help us again when we were trying to upgrade the car we previously had bought from them. This of course was about 2 years ago. We went to the new location thinking they would help us out again. This was not the case. I had a decent credit score before they run all the inquiries on my sore which lower it 40 points. We specifically told them to not run so much Inquieres. We also experienced bad customer service. I’m literally here at Moxie writing this review. They definitely deserved a ZERO. I took my car in yesterday for some recall work schedule for 9am. I got a call at 1pm from Gary saying more time is needed (sure no problem) and it would be ready this morning. I get another call today from Gary at 8:14am saying my car is ready. I get there 8:45am no one is there but two mechanics, I was told to have seat to wait on Gary his out with a customer. Never been there to be honest, but wouldnt. Their private inventory onlime requires you to put in your info to see. Once you do it shows example pics with no real inventory. Bait and switch. Then they blow your phone up everyday. Had to block the number and they still leave a voicemail. Get the hint... basically a car hop rip off doing shady practices. I went to Baxter a real dealership where their vehicles are priced up front and they dont blow my phone up.
Called to schedule appointment for oil change. When they announced merging they said they were keeping same staff. They lied the original service manager mike and his staff i was told when trying to sched a oil change that none of the original emplyees were there. He said they chose not to stay but that was not the case but knowing that staff thats not true i was with them 14 years.
