Edit: I upped my review from 1 star to 3 after taking the owner, Tim, up on his request to have a sit down conversation about my experience. He also had his wife and finance guy there. I told him the same thing that I wrote in the review with a little more detail. After the conversation, he acknowledged the base problem was lack of training.
