Bad business and very very very bad customer service....be careful they also delete/reset dash lights days before selling their vehicles, and they will pop on days later.I have never bought a vehicle there and never will, because all ive heard from multiple close friends and family is that "they suck" they know their cars have problems and try to hide it or lie about it..and get busted out about it in the end and they respond with their cocky "I knew something was wrong with it attitude" and say "welp you bought as is"....SU... read more
Went in with my daughter to be a co-signer. They dinged my credit 8 times, which caused it to go from a 690 to 605. I was the co-signer and they put me on as the primary so all of the information from them and the bank is coming to me in UTAH and she has told them and the bank 3 times she is the one paying for the loan.
I didn't like the options that they were offering based off our current situation. The radio commercial stated that they will give crazy money for your trade in regardless of what you owe and they were only going to offer us a little bit of money and offer a higher monthly payment because we still owed on a loan. They didn't seem to actually do what they needed to do to get it approved with a lower monthly payment and a trade in but instead just to get us into a vehicle that was more affordable for them and not for us. Went in for a back lot car and ran into Anthony who told us we could do better and ended up rolling off the lot in the best deal in Lincoln.
I went there. Only have 5,300 left on my car, have poor credit an they wanted to set me up to fail. Wanted to send me out the door with a 400 $ car payment. I told them I'm single mom an that wouldn't work. I was then ask for 2,000 $down on top of my trade in. Every time the commercial come on my 8 yrs old turns the radio off. I don't believe they are good dealers for the people. Not that they advertised was up to parr.
