We have brought our 4 cats here many of times but never have experienced the service we did today with Susie. When we brought our cat in that we have been worried about all morning it seemed more of an inconvenience for her than to actually have some empathy to understand our situation. This place is very professional and very honest the lady crystal is very helpful and always helps me to the fullest extent and she always has great customer service and very polite all the time and she treats my dogs as if it was her own witch is very pleasing to know that i can trust this place with my animals this place is my go to with any sort of pet related problems and i assure you this place will take care of all your pets needs and the prices are very fair. Would recommend to bring to keep bring my furry friend .
I highly recommend Murrieta Oaks Animal Hospital. All the staff is amazing. Suzie at the front desk will always greet you with a smile and Diane, one of the vet techs will treat your animal as if it's her own. Dr. Vickie will take her time with you and answer all of your questions. She won't push unnecessary procedures on you. I'm so happy I have found this hospital for my furbabies!
The vet and techs are always so nice! They are always so good with my dogs. Dallas and Nitro are normally scared of the vet but this clinic makes it a friendly place for them to go. I love the happy visits.
We live walking distance to this hospital & pet hotel so it's convenient for us to utilize their services. When our dog had an emergency they were able to see us quickly and send us home with medicine. We've used their boarding services a handful of times and never had any issues. They care about all the animals that walk through their doors and it shows. Thanks for all you do Murrieta Oaks Veterinary Hospital!
My wife and I have been taking our dog here ever since we moved to Murrieta three years ago and couldn't be happier. The staff members including Dr.s are very friendly and more importantly very knowledgeable. They truly go above and beyond to show exceptional customer service. My dog always feels comfortable during his visits. We definitely recommend Murrieta Oaks Veterinary Hospital. Also recommend doing the monthly paw plan, it's well worth the small monthly fee to maintain your pets health.
This is the best Veterinary hospital and Hotel! All the girls in the in the front are super! You're always greeted with a smile! They are very knowledgeable. The technician's are just as great. They handle the animals with such care. They too have a great deal of knowledge of your pet. And make the animals feel comfortable. The Doctors are awesome!
