Dr. VICKIE and staff are great A+... I've finally found a vet I feel comfortable trusting to diagnose health issues, along with the recommended proper procedures without all the guess work that I've experienced in the past with another local vet. I recommend them highly, if you're looking for a vet try this clinic you'll be happy you did!
I have been bringing my dogs to Murrieta Oaks Veterinary for about 7 years. They treat my dogs with care . They understand my concerns and are trustworthy. I have taken my dogs to other local vets in the area, but MOV is by far the best. The technicians are nice and informative. I highly recommend Murrieta Oaks Veterinary they are also open on Saturdays.
Can't say enough great things about this business. They have really taken care of our pup. From the beginning Dr K has been very helpful and patient with us as we navigate this new puppy world. The staff is unbelievable, all super professional and super friendly! I love the follow up calls that they make, really makes me see how much they care about how your beloved animal is doing. They were compassionate, understanding and did not take advantage of the situation as my dogs health quickly deteriorated within two days due to a mass on her spleen. They only performed what tests were necessary and gave me my options. Their prices were reasonable and I am grateful for the care that was given to my dog.
The doctors and staff at MOVH are just above and beyond. I absolutely love their "Paw Plans." The plans for my two doggies give me a peace of mind. My very little chihuahua got his teeth cleaned yesterday. They carried him around like he was family. He can get super anxious when my son is not around, but Bacci was just fine. My mother & I came in yesterday (Saturday) & we were helped by Dr. K, Dee, Richelle & Kerissa... these ladies, let me tell YOU.. these ladies are AMAZING. We were nervous about coming into the vet because our dog had us concerned. They treated us like family. My pretty princess dog was just elated around these women. Can I add more stars? Dr K. Has been working with me above and beyond the call of duty, to get my dog the care he needs. She does what is needed, even though its difficult. I am happy to drive a few more miles to be able to keep these exceptional doctors, and very good people (office staff awesome too!) as my dog's veterinarians.
Words cannot express the gratitude this MEDINA family has for them! We absolutely know that the Doctors and staff At Murrieta Oaks Vet Hospital saved our Lab Chloe from a certain diabetic coma or death.... Another Veterinarian in a different location gave us a diagnosis and medication with the "give us a call if Chloe doesn't improve"Instruction. Murrieta Oaks is the best veterinary hospital I've found. I was first drawn to them because they're open 7 days a week then after my first appointment I realized there were many reasons to continue bringing my animals to MOVH. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and always make you feel heard. Dr. Vickie is fantastic and I trust her completely with my "babies"! They all go above and beyond and take wonderful care of our furry kids.
