I can't tell you how how impressed I am with the kindness and professionalism I experienced at this hospital. I had several issues with a litter I was taking care of and every time I called for advice and needed to speak to the doctor I was able to within the hour even though they were extremely busy. They were kind and made me feel at ease. I will definitely use this hospital from now on. M. Boudreau

Love this place. My dog loves going here, they take such good care of her. They genuinely care about my pets and thoroughly discuss all treatment options. The prices are reasonable.

I don't even know where to start here because there's so many positives. This entire Vet experience was excellent from start to finish. Our dog Jasmine came home from a walk and was limping and we called Murrieta Oaks and they were able to miraculously give us a same day appointment that someone else had cancelled. Our rescue dog is extremely anxious and was hard to examine. They were so understanding and gave us a treatment plan that matched her needs. So happy I found this place! They send you an email beforehand to complete your new patient paperwork which I appreciate. Unfortunately due to COVID I could not go in with my dog but I felt confident he was being well taken care of. The tech and doc called me and were very through and answered all my questions. They gave me a full price breakdown before anything was done and it was all reasonably priced. I can't say enough about the Doctors and Assistants that work here! Doctor Kirscher is a very professional and kind veterinarian who puts your fur baby first! She is very thorough in her examinations and gives you all the information you need to make the best choices for your pet. I have a cocker spaniel who had hurt his hind leg, and she gave me her diagnosis and treatment options. She was very helpful and I definitely will be bringing Jack back to see her. This was the most wonderful Vet service we've ever had even with social distancing. My cat was pretty sick and I got him I. The same day. They kept us in the loop the entire visit. Very friendly.

Wow, great staff. I was so nervous to leave my 12 week old puppy for shots but she was well taken care of as I waited for her in my car due to Covid restrictions. I signed up for the Paw Plan since it was a great deal to cover all puppy well visits and extras.

Been taking my Duke since he was 2 1/2 months old he is now 6 months. Customer service is always good and for emergencies th are able to get him in right away.
