My 20 yr old cat stopped being able to walk one day. Even though this hospital and others were booked out for a while, they put me on the cancellation list and it helped and I cannot thank this place enough for that. When we found out the cause, the vet was incredibly upfront with me about the costs and the factors of quality of life. I really appreciated that. My cat took a 180 this week and it scared me. I didn't know what to think and became very worried. My usual vet only had far out appointments. I called this location and they scheduled a sooner appointment. I was still optimistic being that she was playing and eating the week prior. They ran multiple tests and the prognosis seemed grim. It was so hard to digest because all my cats had lived into their late teens. The vet was honest and empathetic. Seriously LOVE this animal hospital! Sarah is great she helped us get all of our babies records from another location and get all up to date on all of his shots, he has a reaction to one and she was able to find out and talk to the doctor about what to recommend for us to be able to continue with his vaccines. Thank you VCA we have found our lifelong vet!
I can't tell you how how impressed I am with the kindness and professionalism I experienced at this hospital. I had several issues with a litter I was taking care of and every time I called for advice and needed to speak to the doctor I was able to within the hour even though they were extremely busy. Love this place. My dog loves going here, they take such good care of her. They genuinely care about my pets and thoroughly discuss all treatment options. The prices are reasonable.
I don't even know where to start here because there's so many positives. This entire Vet experience was excellent from start to finish. Our dog Jasmine came home from a walk and was limping and we called Murrieta Oaks and they were able to miraculously give us a same day appointment that someone else had cancelled. Our rescue dog is extremely anxious and was hard to examine. They were so understanding and gave us a treatment plan that matched her needs.
