WOW! As a pet owner for the past 17 years I can say this is hands down the best place I've ever been to, plus they're open on the weekends which is awesome. My dog Jade wasn't acting her self, very lethargic, not wanting to eat, drink, sensitive to the touch and terrible looking bowel movements. dr. giam is my vet....she helps me with my two older pets....a very good dog named toby, and a very fat insulin dependent cat named mo. dr. giam remembers my pets from visit to visit and this is especially important with older pets. she spends enough time with us to make a thorough examination and offer a clear explanation of her findings. she helps me to understand what i must do if treatment is necessary. very friendly and very patient......and my puppy and kitty like her too! this makes our appointments easier and le... read more

We are new in Murrieta (4 months) I was looking for a new vet for our two dogs. I did a lot of searching online and then my hairdresser told me about Murrieta Oaks veterinary ..so I made an appointment. I found this place to be clean, friendly, and very professional. They went out of their way to made Drake, my dog feel at ease. He is high anxiety senior dog. He has been there twice and I am very comfortable. Drake was more at ease today. I've been coming here ever since I've had my first dog. Super convenient in the murrieta area and the workers there are so nice to my little one! They try and take care of her as much as they can and usually try to work around payments if your dog has any issues with nerves or something like that. Super happy with the customer service here, def come here if your loved one needs some loving care!

This place does get very busy. All the vets are friendly and tell you the pros and cons of meds, pricing etc. always try to go out of their way to help us and our dogs. They do seem concerned about the dogs etc. Been taking our dogs here for years.

Where to start....... I will not be able to say enough good things about Murr Oak animal hospital in this post. My first experience was when I called to make an appointment I told the receptionist about the symptoms my guinea pig was having and she told me her knowledge of guinea pigs and told us there was a vet on Saturday that could check out our little "pocket pet" as they call it before she hung up she told me if anything changes with our cavy that to call them and they'll get us in sooner. We love the professional and courtesy way everyone treats us. They care for our pets as if they were one of their own. The staff and the vets are experts at what they do. They never try to over charge us and our respectful of our situation. We have 5 dogs and 2 cats. They treat each one with tenderness and concern. They are the best.

Worst vet experience after taking 1000s of my money they basically fired me and my dog as clients because they didn't want to handle him as a client.
