I've been coming here ever since I've had my first dog. Super convenient in the murrieta area and the workers there are so nice to my little one! They try and take care of her as much as they can and usually try to work around payments if your dog has any issues with nerves or something like that. Super happy with the customer service here, def come here if your loved one needs some loving care!
This place does get very busy. All the vets are friendly and tell you the pros and cons of meds, pricing etc. always try to go out of their way to help us and our dogs. They do seem concerned about the dogs etc. Been taking our dogs here for years.
Where to start....... I will not be able to say enough good things about Murr Oak animal hospital in this post. My first experience was when I called to make an appointment I told the receptionist about the symptoms my guinea pig was having and she told me her knowledge of guinea pigs and told us there was a vet on Saturday that could check out our little "pocket pet" as they call it before she hung up she told me if anything changes with our cavy that to call them and they'll get us in sooner. I've been taking my pug here for a few years now and Dr. Tanner and Rich and all the other techs have taken excellent care of him!
We love the professional and courtesy way everyone treats us. They care for our pets as if they were one of their own. The staff and the vets are experts at what they do. They never try to over charge us and our respectful of our situation. We have 5 dogs and 2 cats. They treat each one with tenderness and concern. They are the best.
Can't thank Dr.Ross and the rest of the team enough. Truly and internally grateful for all that you have done for our little man Winston. Communication, service and taking stress off our minds while dealing with our dog that got hit by a car. So much respect and admiration for all that you do. Thank you guys!
Found them and I'm so glad i did. The cost of owning a dog can be expensive. They take that pressure off with their pet plans. I initially brought her here because i wanted a second look at her. I'm glad i did. Their staff makes you feel comfortable and at ease. She's got her teeth cleaned now and she's doing much better. Thank you so much for taking care of my girl
I was able to get in quickly (same day) to have my pet treated for an ear infection. The Staff was exceptionally accommodating and friendly. The technician was very kind to my frightened sick little dog. He was knowledgeable and clearly knew what was wrong. The veterinarian who examined her was gentle Paitient and calmed my dog. She was given excellent and prompt medical attention. I am appreciative of how clean the facility was. This visit was a good experience for me and for my dog.
Murrieta oaks did my Pitbull Saydee's knee surgery three years ago and they were great! The staff has always been very attentive with our needs. The surgery was great and they were great with giving home care and ways to keep the weight down for Saydee. I always feel like I get an honest opinion when I go to them! The staff and Dr. s are all compassionate about the animals! Would Highly recommend them for all your pets needs
