My family adopted a Pomsky (Pome ranian and Siberian Husky mix) puppy in June of last year. She (Izzy) came to us with Giardia, a very powerful infection that requires diligence and the right care to cure. Sometimes pups can be afflicted with it for many months. Under the care of Murrieta Oaks Vet Hospital, Izzy was able to shake the Giardia, after two other Hemet vets failed, within a very short amount of time. During this period, there was one vet visit to Murrieta Oaks that will always stand out in my mind. One of t... read more

Five stars isn't even enough for this amazing staff. Our male boxer underwent a pretty serious surgery here. Dr. K called me 4 times that day to keep me updated on him and the surgery. She also called to check on his status and recovery multiple times to even include a Sunday evening call. He's a big scary cat and has crazy anxiety about vet visits. They are all so patient and gentle with him. I would never take my pets anywhere else.

This vet hospital gives the very best service and shows love for your pet. The vets at this hospital are so caring. Their prices for services are lower then any vet in Murrieta.

Business response:

Ted, thank you for your kind words. We know all too well how difficult it is to say goodbye to a beloved pet companion. We are glad we were able to provide some comfort during this tough process and please don't hesitate to give us a call should you need anything.

I had a traumatic experience with a vet near me in regards to one of our other cats and I didn't want to have that same experience with Holly. But I also didn't want to drive so far with her either due to her frailty. At the urging of my husband, I finally agreed. I'm glad I did. Upon our first visit. I was instantly put at ease the moment we opened the door to the vet. The news wasn't good, as expected, but the staff remained hopeful. Upon results, we had a tough decision to make, and the staff and doctors were very caring,... read more

I brought my dog in for a possible ear infection and I paid $222. My first complaint is that I paid for a cytology test and I never got the results back. Nobody has called or emailed results. My second complaint is that when I asked them to show me how to visually put in medication in ear and how to use the ear flush, they were no help. They didn't show me how, they only read me the instructions. I had to go home and watch a YouTube video to figure it out. Which was really hard to try to put in medication in my dogs ear an... read more

After being with this Vet office for years and receiving great care this is how it ends. I do not know what the hell is going on but the new office seems chaotic. I brought my newly adopted senior cat in for a Saturday visit. Typical labs were done. I was told we should have results in a few days. It's 3 days after the labs have been done. I've been told the labs are in and yet have NOT heard a word. The lab tests I paid for are being held until a vet can call me. Now, I have been asking for a courtesy call the last ... read more

We have been bringing our pets to this veterinary office for over a decade and trusted them with three of our dogs. For many years, we felt confident in the care they provided. Unfortunately, over the last couple of years, the quality of service has declined significantly, especially at the front desk. This past weekend, our dog experienced serious neurological issues, and to our shock, the office was completely closed on Saturday during what should have been normal business hours. We later learned it was due to staff illne... read more

We took our German shepherd puppy here for vaccines and the whole visit was just really a bad taste in my mouth. We have been taking our Cat here and we usually see Dr. Jeff. We loved him last time so we wanted to bring out puppy to the same office when we got it. But We saw "Dr. Siobhan Lee" instead. The vet basically stereotyped our dog and acted like she knew all about him because of a 10 min interaction. Told us "he's clearly an anxious dog". He is 11 weeks old and hadn't had a nap and was getting impatient. They weren't... read more

Just paid $1,700 for a dental for one of my dogs. The experience of making the follow up appointment for a (30) second look in her mouth has me looking elsewhere in the future. I still have (2) dentals that I was planning on taking here but I don't like the attitude from Quinn. Front desk could have been a little cooperative.
