I had a traumatic experience with a vet near me in regards to one of our other cats and I didn't want to have that same experience with Holly. But I also didn't want to drive so far with her either due to her frailty. At the urging of my husband, I finally agreed. I'm glad I did. Upon our first visit. I was instantly put at ease the moment we opened the door to the vet. The news wasn't good, as expected, but the staff remained hopeful. Upon results, we had a tough decision to make, and the staff and doctors were very caring,... read more

My young cat had an abscess that needed attention. No local (Hemet, San Jacinto) vets could get her in. (A few didn't even bother to return my call... You KNOW which list they ended up on). The folks at Murrietta Oaks got us in the same day. The staff was wonderful, and the vet we saw, Dr K, was kind, knowledgeable, and handled my pet gently. Our vet tech -sorry, didn't remember her name - was the bomb. I can't say enough about how happy I am finding them. Oh, and affordable? I didn't want to say it out load, but I spent ro... read more

I have to give this amazing caring people 5 stars and here is why. I have a 2 and a half year old Doberman female. She has always been very over protective, high anxiety and is not nice with other people to the point when we have guests at our home we have to put her up and can't really take her to the dog beach or out with us much. We planned a family vacation and decided to have her boarded. I found this place on yelp. Before she was able to be boarded She needed some shots so I brought here in for exam and her booster... read more

When both of our fur babies had fox tail problems we called around on a Sunday mid morning. We found this vet and were able to get both dogs seen. We were warned we were being worked in and may have to wait. To my pleasant surprise we waited no longer than 10 minutes! Vet tech was super helpful! We loved the vet and our dogs were relieved of their pain. One fox tail in the mouth from the 3 month old English bulldog was removed quickly without pain! Our wired haired Doxie required sedation to remove a deep foxtail in the fore... read more

I wish I never searched for Ross's new practice. I wish I never found him. At the end I am responsible for my stupidity and I will blame myself for the rest of my life. God I want my baby back

Business response:

Welcome to the Murrieta Oaks family, Nazy! We loved meeting you and can't wait to see you back again soon.

WOW! As a pet owner for the past 17 years I can say this is hands down the best place I've ever been to, plus they're open on the weekends which is awesome. My dog Jade wasn't acting her self, very lethargic, not wanting to eat, drink, sensitive to the touch and terrible looking bowel movements. From the information I gave Dr. Vickie S. she quickly diagnosed Jade was suffering from a severely inflamed/irritated stomach. Dr. Vickie S. was so carrying took time to explain everything that was going on, she administered Jade a s... read more

dr. giam is my vet....she helps me with my two older pets....a very good dog named toby, and a very fat insulin dependent cat named mo. dr. giam remembers my pets from visit to visit and this is especially important with older pets. she spends enough time with us to make a thorough examination and offer a clear explanation of her findings. she helps me to understand what i must do if treatment is necessary. very friendly and very patient......and my puppy and kitty like her too! this makes our appointments easier and le... read more

We took our German shepherd puppy here for vaccines and the whole visit was just really a bad taste in my mouth. We have been taking our Cat here and we usually see Dr. Jeff. We loved him last time so we wanted to bring out puppy to the same office when we got it. But We saw "Dr. Siobhan Lee" instead. The vet basically stereotyped our dog and acted like she knew all about him because of a 10 min interaction. Told us "he's clearly an anxious dog". He is 11 weeks old and hadn't had a nap and was getting impatient. They weren't... read more

Just paid $1,700 for a dental for one of my dogs. The experience of making the follow up appointment for a (30) second look in her mouth has me looking elsewhere in the future. I still have (2) dentals that I was planning on taking here but I don't like the attitude from Quinn. Front desk could have been a little cooperative.
