Lauren was very up front and honest, I never felt like she was trying to get us to do anything just so she could close a deal. I truly felt that she was helping to advise us on what was best for us and our situation. She was fantastic at providing updates and just all around great to work with.

William guided me through all of the options available. Answered questions that I had and ones I didn't know I had. He followed through when he said he would. And made the experience truly painless from beginning to end. I can't say enough about the GREAT customer service I experienced. I will recommend friends and family to contact him when they need a good person and company to work with. Such a pleasure to work with.
