We had a challenging transaction, but Shawn always stayed on top of things. Worked many nights and weekends just to get the deal done, and always kept me up to speed throughout the process.

I could not have got thru the process without Shawn , he took the time to make sure I understood everything , Helped me do figures to get something I was comfortable with , very professional but also made me feel like i had a friend during this whole process !!! Communication was great! Only had a couple small hiccups when a new processer came onboard last minute, and that was just him getting up to speed. Otherwise, no issues at all!

The process was quick and easy. Whenever I had a question Matt would respond quickly by phone or email. The portal is formatted so that is easy to navigate and understand. The whole process start to finish was just 5 weeks. I would with out a doubt recommend Matt for your next mortgage!!
