Jordan was great. He always made himself available to answer an questions I had. He realinded to his texts that I sent him an a timely fashion And I know I sent a lot of them. He kept me updated on the progress of everything as well , although it was very stressful to me. The process was very stressful for me but Jordan always did what he could to help me get through it. I felt like the communication was consistent and specific. It was also helpful specifically to someone doing this for the first time. Rory also communicates in a way that is encouraging and helpful, not abrupt, discouraging, and almost threatening. Sounds weird to say that, but that was the experience I had with my bank literally just a month before. And they were my bank! I have accounts with them! I would 100% recommend Rory to a friend if they were considering the same thing.
