Sylas was very communicative. This was our second or third try at the mortgage due to complications from my divorce. He was patient, checking in over the course of a few years and always helpful whenever I needed it .

Jay was great to work with from the beginning. He explained everything to my understanding. We ran into a few snags and had to delay the refinance, and Jay kept his word and contacted me at the appropriate time. He was prompt in answering all of my many questions No matter when I sent them. He made a stressful process stress free as much as he could. I would highly recommend Jay and Mutual of Omaha for mortgage needs.
