Jordan took the time to explain the process. His turn around time for answers to my question were quick. If he didn't know the answer he went to his team, found out and responded in a timely fashion. He did great we found out about stuff that needed to get worked out or up to date and we thank him for that assistance . He was eas to talk to but he love to text a lot like that keeping a paper trail thanks to him
