He is very responsive, kind, and was able to give hope despite all of the issues that continued to occur and he pushed for us to have our VA over an FHA which felt like it would never be achieved because of a third party company but in the end not only did we gain more money but our interest is 1% lower than when we had the FHA and our monthly payments increased by barely $150. We would send a gift basket if we could to thank him for everything !!!
