I felt like the communication was consistent and specific. It was also helpful specifically to someone doing this for the first time. Rory also communicates in a way that is encouraging and helpful, not abrupt, discouraging, and almost threatening. Sounds weird to say that, but that was the experience I had with my bank literally just a month before. And they were my bank! I have accounts with them! I would 100% recommend Rory to a friend if they were considering the same thing.

David was a God send. I have had a couple strokes and he really took time and patience explaining things and helping me through the process.I had already started with another company but credit score dropped trying to complete the work needed before loan could complete.
