The worst mortgage company of the world, with all false advertisements. When their actual refinance rate is at 3.25% as on 6/21/2021 - they advertised 2.342% on CNBC and many other websites. The female loan officer who worked me mentioned if my credit is good then I will definitely get advertised rate. When she pulled my credit report, it is found that I have excellent credit history with 800+ score. The last company we were going through were extremely anal and kept sitting on paper work. Then they would ask me to redo paper work because too much time had went by.. It was there fault.
